Being an active and involved parent is a full-time job even if you having a paying career outside of the home.

However, that doesn’t mean you should avoid having any “me” time or completely lose your own identity and individuality to parenting. Time for yourself is not being selfish; it’s self-care.

In the latest of our “City Dads Sessions” video series, our Los Angeles Dads Group co-organizer Trevor Mulligan asks several fathers who are full-time at-home dads for their tips and suggestions on how to not to get totally lost as an individual when raising children. Here is what they had to say:
