I would hardly be the first to compare a religious institution with parenthood but this specific church I spotted in Manhattan seemed to fit the comparison more than most.
I want my son to be Jewish, or at least know about Judaism but I’m setting him a bad example, at least as a Jew. I feel like I’m Jewish, but don’t really believe in (or do) all of the stuff that makes one Jewish.
These two boys, a Christian and a Muslim, have grown up together and they recognize that they have different beliefs, but it so doesn’t matter.

Even though I’m Jewish, I find Christmas has some wonderful aspects to it that even those of us who don’t celebrate it can love and enjoy.
