I have spent nearly seven years as an at-home dad, and aside from NYC Dads Group Meetups, I spend most of my time with kids and their moms or nannies. In general, daddying is challenging. One key to success is finding the humor in it. Sometimes, when your child throws the meal on the floor that you just spent thirty minutes preparing, it can be difficult to laugh about it. Or, when your child decides to get up at 5am to start their day, it can be hard to find something positive about it.
