I learned about Kids Bowl Free last summer and I am excited to begin another sweltering season knocking down some pins with my kids in some air-conditioned lanes.
Here’s how this free bowling for kids program works:
Parents must sign their kids up through www.KidsBowlFree.com. With participating locations all over the United States, chances are you will be able to find a bowling alley near you. Once you sign up, tickets will be emailed to you. Each kid will be able to play two free games of bowling each day. The only thing you’ll have to pay for is the shoe rental.
My 3-year-old bowls with a ramp while my 8- and 10-year-old use gutter bumpers. We bring our own snacks and drinks and usually don’t receive dirty looks for not purchasing food from the bowling alley. This probably depends on where you go.
If you are looking for a fun way to entertain your kids in a nice cool environment, sign your kids up. Kids Bowl Free could also be a cheap way to see if you have a future bowler on your hands.
