Our New York City-based New Dad Boot Camps help first-time fathers become active and engaged parents for life. A certified coach teaches “child care basics” and facilitates discussion on be a supportive parenting partner from pregnancy through the first year.

New Dad Boot Camps offer hands-on training in essential parenting duties, such as:
- Holding, feeding, and burping baby
- Changing and bathing baby
- Comforting your crying baby and swaddling
We also offer new fathers and fathers-to-be frank discussion and practical advice on topics such as:
- Developing a parenting partnership
- Being supportive of mom
- Creating a baby-safe environment
- Bonding with your baby
- Managing relatives
- Balancing work and parenting

Boot Camp for New Dads is a nationally acclaimed program. It has reached hundreds of thousands of fathers over the past 20 years. The program is validated by research and has been named a best practice by many organizations as an exceptional means of supporting dads-to-be.
NYC Partners
City Births provides childbirth preparation, newborn care and breastfeeding, and infant CPR and safety training. Its objective is to enable parents to be fully informed of their choices in labor and birth as well as the care of their newborn.
Pregnancy and Parenting is an independent pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting education center. They offer a variety of classes to help parents through a healthy, happy pregnancy and delivery, and then to guide your transition into parenting.
The 92nd Street Y Parenting Center, part of the Wonderplay™ Program for early childhood education, is an all-inclusive program for New York families. It also offers workshops for expecting and adopting families.
The Hudson River Park Mothers Group | HRP Mamas is a social and support network for mothers who reside in Lower Manhattan. Established in 2004, HRP Mamas brings mothers together online and in person.
