The debate about employers granting parental leave, especially to fathers, continues to grow louder. Dallas Dads Group co-organizer David Kepley adds his voice to the discussion in a recent post on his group’s website.
“We have created overburdened mothers and under-challenged fathers, then complain about how poor things have become in America. Somewhere we went wrong with fatherhood,” he writes in a call for business owners consider what paternity leave would means to not only a father but the mother as well as the business.
“Social change begins when the hearts of fathers are turned towards their children,” he writes.
